KNOWLEDGE

Our flagship program, the Accountability Incubator, equips young people with innovative ideas with the knowledge and tools they need to promote better governance through training and learning. The Incubator focuses on four sub-themes: participation, inclusion, digital governance, and environmental accountability. These sub-themes encompass a wide range of projects, both large and small in scale.

The Incubator is a supportive environment for creative and entrepreneurial individuals to build accountability in their communities. It provides accountability entrepreneurs, known as “accountapreneurs,” with comprehensive support for one year. This support includes hands-on training and knowledge-building, mentoring, network building, and assistance with media outreach for their initiatives.

The Incubator is non-prescriptive, encouraging participants to explore their ideas freely while offering guidance and support. We aim to empower young change-makers to develop sustainable and effective tools for promoting accountability. By providing this non-prescriptive yet supportive environment, the Accountability Incubator enables young change-makers to turn their ideas into action and make a meaningful impact in their communities.
